  • Customers who wish to pay by check may place their order by phone or e-mail.  Pay by check orders are shipped when payment is received.
  • Unless otherwise noted, shipping for all U.S. orders is $5.  International customers will be notified about additional postage costs.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. (Most orders ship within 3 days.)
