"madness"!! :). Was it Suzanne Sommers who said she kept her Christmas tree up
'til March...she didn't have anything else to do in March :) :). I have plenty
to do in March, however, and I'll just bet you do,
toooooo!!

An
Indiana....Week End
Karissa and I had a good good good
little weekend in the Hoosier state of Indiana....Indianapolis and Monrovia, to
be exact. Many thanks to Pastor Keith Grove (Teresa, tooo :) ) and the great
folks at Southwest Nazarene in Indy for opening the doors to this ministry on
Sunday morning...and then Pastor Steve Pitman and more good Hoosiers at Monrovia
Nazarene showed us a warm welcome Sunday evening. And you know what????? My
little abode even rolled out a nice welcome home around midnight when we rolled
in :). You know what I'm saying if you've done much traveling at all. Home
never looked so good as in the middle of the night when you're dog tired.
I'm looking forward to sunny Florida
this weekend...are you comin'??? :). Here's how to know where you're supposed to come:

A Little
Curious.....
I'm a little curious...do you attend
midweek services at your church? My church is starting a new Bible study in
Pastor Dana's home each Wednesday leading through Lent to Easter. I love
this....it means so much to have a local connection with a church body when
you're traveling as I am on weekends and while I'm in church, it isn't the same
as being in worship with your "family"...know what I mean? I'm grateful to have
a loving group of "church folks" :).

 MTWR
Can I ask
y'all to give some thought to providing something for our silent auction at
MTWR? (By the way, I was chided for using the initials in my last note and not
spelling out MIDDLE TENNESSEE WOMEN'S RETREAT :) ). I guess I was delusional in
thinking that I'd talked about MTWR so much it oughta be kinda obvious by now?
:). But, back to why I added this paragraph.....we have a fun silent auction
running throughout most of the retreat to benefit our scholarship program
(making it possible for as many women to attend as possible) and other expenses
not covered by the registration fee. If you would be willing to send something
to be included, bless you....send to me at Box 767, Hendersonville, TN 37077.
If smaller items, it would help to put in a little box for display, if
possible. You would be great heroes if you could help us with this. You always
are soooo faithful to be generous.
Bless all of
you who have written back to say you'll pray for MTWR...being a part of the
prayer team, lifting up specific requests. You will be hearing from Carolyn
Benesh with updates on how to pray in one accord for the great needs of the
retreat. "What a privilege to carry EVERYTHING to God in prayer"...and so much
better when we're agreeing together as touching any one
thing!!!
By the
way...have I received your registration?? :). I've been hearing from Jackie
Kendall, keynote speaker, and I'm soooo convinced over and over that she (and
this year's theme..."Experiencing Freedom Through Forgiveness") is God's timing
for MTWR. Let's not take that lightly...God
doesn't!!!!

1) Please pray for the continued
efforts to get "Skidmarks on the Road of Life" out there to the
'masses'.
2) Thank you for praying for a
transaction coming up that will help ADM greatly with finances.

prayer requests with me...come into the chatroom at 9 p.m. (central) in
the evenings to pray and praise .
