What A Weekend
Howdy fANNtasics,
I'm high and flying a bit as I start this
note...trying to get back to my "homeland", aboard a little ole plane somewhere
between Cincinnati and Nashville.
I'm finishing up a fANNtastic weekend, for sure. I've
just hugged "AnnD keeper of the weekend" Lisa goodbye in the Cinci airport, she
was gonna get her bags and head for WV. May I say she is probably the happiest
woman in the USA right now...to be "hugging" Mother Earth!!
:).
Actually Lisa did really well, in spite of her
"nervyness" at flying for the first time in many moons. She never stopped
smiling :). But of course what did the song say..."smile tho your heart is
breaking, smile when you are faking" or whatever. LOL. You dun good,
Lisa!
And you folks in Maine dun good for me and ADM this
weekend, too. I've fallen in love with Maine...many thanks to the McGillicudys
and Archers for a wonderful time in Topsham on Sat. night and Hiram last night.
And I loved it with the great people in Waterville yesterday morning. I'm
hoping you new fANNtastics signing up for the newsletter this week will hit
"reply" and let me know you have indeed heard from me for the first time since
joining up with the fANNtastic family of fANNtastics!! :).
Then, let me say it was pretty neat to see Shar and
Tree all weekend, thanks for your help, too!!! fANNtastics Kate and Lee came
last night from New Hampshire...and no, I never did learn to say "Hampshire"
right according to native Maine folks...they just don't like "r's" lol lol lol.
You should have heard how many times I had to ask people to repeat who they were
asking about when I heard something that resembled "Scarlett"!!! :). I'm only
kidding, really, 'cause I just loved how weird everybody talked!!! lol lol lol
lol. I luved it, I really did..and I'll just change the subject...after I say
"I love Maine" one more time!

I'm finally getting in the George Beverly Shea dvds,
to be there today or tomorrow. I'm sorry that there's been a delay. But am I
doing ok on getting the orders out? Oh, that sounded like I was fishing for a
compliment..ugh...but I seriously do want to be rather timely, knowing that due
to my schedule sometimes and lack of "manpower" to deal with all the deadlines
sometimes I will be a bit later than I'd like to completing your orders. Thanks
for not screaming tooooo loudly!!! lol.
I'm having a bumper crop of peppers this year...you do
peppers? Hot peppers, bell peppers, any kind of peppers? How about your
garden or lack thereof??? :). Tell me in 20 words or less about your
garden..I'm lookin' for your email!!!
Okie dokie, I'm home...praise God from Whom all blessings flow!!!!
I do have the best of both worlds...traveling and staying at home. When I'm on
the road, I'm ready to go home...when I'm home, I'm (most of the time :) ) ready
to go back "out there".
If I were to release an "all time best of" Ann D cd, what 10 songs
would you choose? I'm gonna look at doing that in a few months (not sure how
it'll be done, but I'm workin' on it in my head. I'll be looking for your 10
suggestions........even if you've never written, write now, ok? :). For those
of you who do this, you'll be entered into a little ole drawing for a very,
very, very special gift...and I'm not telllllllliiiiiinnnnnnggggggg what it is
yet, but it'll be a goodie!!! :).
I'm gonna run and raid the frig and start towards an earlier
bedtime than I've seemed to find lately. I'm so glad I have these times of
communicating a little bit of what God has privileged me to do with you. I kid
around a lot, but I sure hope you believe I am really serious in trying to be
that person of influence at this point of my life...and when I say "influence" I
mean that I sincerely want to work at being the most effective that I can be
in saying that "Jesus is the only way". And in saying that, I sure hope you can
grab hold of new courage and faith and joy as you trust HIM more and trust
yourself less. That's a high calling in my life now....(and please don't hear
that as bragging on AnnD, but humbly saying I am hearing Him calling me to
Himself more clearly than ever). I really do want to do what I can do to help
you get to a higher place with Him...I know He'll be there with us every step of
the way, don't you?
Many blessings to you for this week....thank you for being a huge
influence in my life. Your emails, hugs, orders, offerings, good words are my
support team. You have been a wonderful uplift to Vern, Jimmy and Scarlett,
also, soooo many times. THANK YOU!

Special blessings can come in many ways. One that is very special
to me is when I became a fANNtastic. The Forum, Chat, Prayer and Praise have
became a part of my daily life. I have met some special people through, Chat,
especially, that have become very close to me. It's a special bond that cannot
be explained, but is so wonderful. If all the new or old fANNtastics have not
